Cancellation Policy
Glow Organic Wellness Spa customizes every treatment for you. The spa is completely sanitized and your treatments are prepared before your arrival. When you book your appointment, time is set aside to prepare for you. It is our pleasure to offer personalized service to each and every one of our clients. When a last minute cancellation or no show happens no one else is able to have that time that was blocked for the appointment and the spa incurs a loss.
In order to maintain this level of customized service. A credit card will be required to book and hold future appointments. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time or you do not show up to your appointment; you will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of your service scheduled.
